David Brand RA LEED AP, has over 15 years of professional experience in architecture and construction management.  His design experience includes the design of large to mid-size hospitality, commercial, health care, and residential projects. David's construction project management experience includes overseeing various small to mid-size retail and business projects.  David's combined skills in design development and construction management allows him to take a pragmatic approach to his projects in order to meet his client's budget and schedule. David holds a Master of Science in Architecture from The New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Construction Management from Philadelphia University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
